Craig Brown - Council President

Craig Brown


Council President
Craig is a lifelong resident of Botkins. He is the youngest of six children of Ruth Brown, and the late Donald Brown. He is a 1990 graduate of Botkins High School. Craig also graduated from Wright State University with B.S. in Mechanical engineering in 1996. He married his wife Sara in 2001 and they have three children, Donovan, Carson, and Ella. Craig is co-owner of Brown Industrial, Inc. also located in Botkins. Craig and his family are members of the Immaculate Conception Catholic church. Craig was elected to council in 2006, and started his second term in 2010. Craig is also a member of the Botkins Pool Committee. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating, cars, and skiing.
Doug Greve

Doug Greve


Doug is a life long resident of Botkins and married to Nancy Greve. He is blessed with 2 children; Lucas Greve of Botkins and Michelle Owens of Bellefontaine and has one grandson Jacob Greve. Doug is currently employed as a Sales Coordinator at Thieman Tailgates in Celina. He has been on the Botkins Fire Department for 37 years, and is also a past President of the Botkins Pool Committee.
Nick Greve

Nick Greve


Nick was raised in Botkins and graduated from Botkins High School in 1997. He recieved his BFA in Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University in 2001, where he met his wife Megan Greve. Together they have two children; Noah Greve and Amelia Greve. Nick is currently employed as an eCommerce Specialst at A. O. Smith in Tipp City, Ohio while working independently as Web Site Designer & Developer. His politcal career began in 2006 when he was voted to council to fill a pre-term vacancy and was elected to a second term in 2009. Nick is also an active member of Immaculate Conception Church in Botkins.
Steve Heuker

Steve Heuker


Raised in Botkins by his mother, Sue and his father, the late John Heuker along with seven siblings. Steve graduated from Botkins High School in 1985. After graduation he attended the Ohio State University and then became an employee at Botkins Electric and Plumbing for the past 21 years. Steve and his wife Ginger have been married for 13 years and currently live in Botkins with their three children. Steve and his family enjoy water skiing, snow skiing and spending time with family and friends.
Angie Meyer

Angie Meyer


Angie Graduated High School from Wapakoneta High School and has lived in Botkins since 1999 when she married her husband, John. They have two kids, Cody and Sydney. Angie is employed full time at Lacal Equipment in Jackson Center. In her spare time she enjoys watching Cody in basketball, baseball, and soccer along with Sydney in basketball, softball, soccer, and dance. As a family they love to go camping with their family and friends in the summer.
Ashlee Zimpfer

Ashlee Zimpfer


Ashlee Zimpfer moved to Botkins four years ago when she married her husband Shaun. Together they have a son Owen and golden retriever Sophie. The family is excited about the arrival of their second child this fall. Ashlee graduated from Houston High School in 2002. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Reading Endorsement License to teach reading K-12 from Wilmington College in 2006. She completed her Master's degree in Curriculum & Teaching from Bowling Green State University in 2009. She works for Piqua City Schools as a kindergarten teacher. In her free time, Ashlee enjoys shopping, walking/exercising, working in flower beds, spending time at the lake/pool, and having fun with family and friends. Ashlee also serves on the Botkins Beautification committee.
