2026 District Meeting Schedule

Request for Proposals

The Northern Shelby County Joint Ambulance District has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified providers for ambulance and emergency medical services within the District. Interested providers should carefully review the full RFP document, including all submission requirements, service expectations, deadlines, and contact information. Notice of Extension — Ambulance Services RFP

The Northern Shelby County Joint Ambulance District has extended the remaining procurement schedule for its Request for Proposals for Ambulance Services. All dates following the July 27, 2026 question deadline have been extended by seven days, except for the anticipated service start date, which remains January 1, 2027.

Second Notice of Extension — Ambulance Services RFP

The Northern Shelby County Joint Ambulance District has extended the proposal submission deadline for its Request for Proposals for Ambulance Services to provide proposers additional time following the District’s publication of responses to proposer questions.

The proposal submission deadline is extended from August 17, 2026 to August 24, 2026. The anticipated interview and award dates are also revised as set forth below. The anticipated service start date remains January 1, 2027.
