  • How do I set up a water account?

    A new water account application form is available at the Village Administrative Office. Or can be downloaded here. The form needs to be submitted to the Village prior to move in.

  • I am moving, how do I close my water account?

    You will need to fill out a water account application, available here, to request closing your account. Once the form is recieved the account will be closed on your move out date and a final bill will be generated.

  • When is limb pickup?

    Limb pickup is every first and third Tuesday of the month from March through November. Exact dates will be posted on the Village website and social media accounts each year.

  • How do I set up trash and recycling services?

    Trash service is provided in one of two manners for Village residents:


    Republic Services Trash Bags – Bags can be bought at Botkins Electric and Circle K and are placed at the curb for pickup on Wednesdays.


    Trash Tote – A trash tote service is available through Republic Services. The tote can use any bags and comes with unlimited large item pickup. Totes are placed at the curb for pickup on Wednesdays. To get a tote call Republic at 937-593-3566


    Recycling is provided to all residents as a part of your utility bill with the Village. If you do not have a recycling bin, please contact the Village Office.
