Community Reinvestment Area Tax Abatement (CRA)

All incorporated area within the Village of Botkins has been designated a community reinvestment area. This allows the Village to agree to certain property tax incentives with businesses and residents undertaking new construction projects. These agreements foster managed growth within the Village and aim to help our businesses grow.
